JOB PURPOSE 

Lead the initial phase of highly complex transformation projects, from conception to complete structuring, defining the scope, key phases, resource planning, and deadlines necessary to ensure successful execution. Complete this work by transferring the project to the Project Leader, ensuring that it is delivered with solid, realistic planning that is aligned with the time and cost objectives defined by the organization. You will be the person responsible for keeping the list of future projects up to date, studying 
and analyzing them.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

  • Lead and manage transformation projects, from conception to final delivery, ensuring the correct execution of key phases, compliance with project management processes, and established technical standards.
  • Lead the design of industrial facilities, integrating the needs of all departments and acting as a key liaison with external suppliers, communicating specifications and changes, and facilitating productive meetings in line with business objectives.
  • Manage the simultaneous execution of multiple tasks in complex projects, coordinating with operational areas, meeting schedules and plant shutdowns, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Communicate projects technically to other departments, establishing work teams and governance structures.
  • Lead the financial control of projects alongside Finance, supervising expenditure and its alignment with objectives and deadlines.
  • Establish fluid relationships with other factories and departments in Unilever's global network to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide technical support and coordinate technical profiles when the complexity of the project requires it, ensuring efficient execution.
  • Stay up to date and incorporate technological innovations, seeking improvements both inside and outside the organization to promote continuous improvement. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

 Experiences & Qualifications 

  • ​University degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) maximum with 5 years of experience in a similar role.​
  • Professional experience at food production industry is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in P&ID, MicroStation, AutoCAD, PMP course
  • Digital skills or proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, etc.
  • Language: Advanced English (C1 certificate or equivalent)
