About You and The Role  

Zipline is seeking Infrastructure Systems Technicians who have sound judgment, excellent interpersonal skills and high standards. Success will require attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do  

  • Install, configure, and commission infrastructure installations at new and existing Zipline sites.
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades with the goal of  maximizing uptime and reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical/network problems, system faults, and site issues.
  • Work with engineering & cross-functional teams to document and resolve tickets.
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, and tracking of critical parts, consumables, and materials.
  • Manage accountability programs for tools, calibration equipment, and vehicles
  • Coordinate shipment, receipt, and preparation of equipment required for installs and repairs.
  • Maintain records of installations, surveys, maintenance actions, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical standards, published manuals and SOPs.
  • Contribute to creating and updating SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and installation standards.
  • Successfully complete and continuously maintain all required training(s) and certifications.

What You'll Bring 

Basic Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge: mechanical, electrical, and basic office software
  • Attention to detail and compliance with installation standards and manuals
  • Mechanical and electrical integration and assembly experience
  • Organizational skills, inventory management, material handling equipment
  • Must be able to support shift work including, but not limited to days/evenings, weekends, etc.
  • Must be able to travel 5 %- 10%, as necessary
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift and or move up to 55 pounds 
  • Must have a valid US Driver's License
  • OSHA 10

Preferred Qualifications

  • Desired knowledge: General construction, Heavy Steel Erection
  • Ability to read / interpret Construction and technical drawings
  • Experience supervising subcontractors
  • Familiarity with construction tools and heavy equipment such as cranes, lifts, and torque wrenches
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and/or aerial lifts (warehouse forklift, pallet jack, scissor lifts)
  • Adaptability to changing work environments, technologies, and procedures  
  • Ability to diagnose problems, develop and implement novel fixes to time-sensitive problems. 
  • OSHA 30

What Else You Need to Know   

The starting cash range for this role is $27/hour.
