HIH IT Project Management Lead Analyst
Job Overview:
• This position will work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues, leadership, and matrixed business partners.
• The Management Lead Analyst will be responsible for governance processes associated with Global Infrastructure & Operations. Responsibilities include elements of project management, status tracking, coordination with workstreams, communication with internal and external stakeholders, development of content to support communications, documentation of project artifacts, and facilitation of related governance and review events.
• This individual will work with cross functional teams across Global Infrastructure, Technology, CIP, and other business functions such as HR, Finance, L&D, and Procurement etc.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage content to support governance forums, leadership reviews, operating meetings, and other administrative or coordination forums.
• Manage and maintain governance and operational documentation across SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure leaders, managers, and workstream leads to create, maintain, and track governance artifacts, action items, and operational deliverables.
• Support governance cadence across Global Infrastructure & Operations, including preparation, facilitation, follow ups, and closure of actions from leadership and governance meetings.
• Execute and administer governance management processes, including status consolidation, risk and issue tracking, dependency visibility, and change intake tracking (where applicable).
• Prepare materials for governance, operational reviews.
• Create clear, concise communication materials for extended stakeholder groups across the US and India.
• Support operational readiness and stabilization activities by tracking actions, monitoring agreed metrics, and coordinating with appropriate subject matter experts.
• Serve as a central point of coordination for governance related inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow through.
• Assist leadership with day to day administrative, coordination, and management activities to support smooth operation of the Global Infrastructure & Operations organization.

• Ability and willingness to leverage approved AI tools in day to day PM and administrative activities to improve productivity, reporting efficiency, documentation quality, and turnaround time.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with IT or HR
Required Qualifications:
• 5 –7 years of relevant experience in program management, governance, or operational coordination roles.
• Good presentation skills and hands‑on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint and Confluence pages.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and expectation‑management skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, resolve issues constructively, and follow through on actions.
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure domains (such as networks, databases, cloud) and comfort using AI tools to improve day‑to‑day productivity.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail‑oriented, dependable, and a team player.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in or supporting global teams, preferably within Infrastructure, Technology, or Shared Services environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex initiatives or governance programs, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and expectations while driving clear outcomes and value.
• Working knowledge of core program and governance practices, including planning, tracking, issue and risk management, and coordination across teams.
• Familiarity with common tools and practices such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Agile ways of working, Jira, and other collaboration tools
