What You'll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind intelligent AI-driven audit and compliance experiences for our customers. With the help of your team and our powerful tech, you’ll transform AI interactions from simple automation into a strategic advantage.

Here’s what your day will look like:

• Lead with Confidence: Serve as the AI subject matter expert and strategic partner for internal teams and customers, owning prompt design and optimization across the audit lifecycle.
• Design, Test, Elevate: Develop, refine, and evaluate high-performing prompts that guide large language models to produce accurate, compliant, and high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with AI: Partner with engineers, auditors, and product teams to integrate LLMs into workflows—validating outputs, improving reasoning chains, and reducing hallucinations.
• Deliver Excellence: Build scalable prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that ensure precision, reliability, and consistency across AI-generated reports and workflows.
• Problem-Solve Creatively: Use structured thinking, experimentation, and analytical rigor to tackle edge cases, improve model performance, and continuously enhance user experience.

Skillsets/ Requirements

We’re looking for innovators, systems thinkers, and AI enthusiasts with the following experience and skills:

• Security & Compliance Expertise: 3+ years of experience in SOC audits, IT audit, compliance, or adjacent technical domains—strong understanding of security controls and risk frameworks.
• AI & LLM Fluency: Hands-on experience working with large language models (GPT, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering techniques, evaluation methodologies, and AI workflow design.
• Cloud & Technical Savvy: Familiarity with modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and the ability to reason about infrastructure, APIs, and system architectures.
• Customer-First Attitude: Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and working closely with customers to understand workflows and translate them into intelligent AI systems.
• Technical Credentials: Certifications such as CPA, CISSP, CISA, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar are valued—along with demonstrated AI experimentation or relevant technical projects.
• Sharp Mindset: Exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and attention to detail—especially when validating AI outputs for accuracy and compliance..
• Curiosity & Drive: A genuine passion for AI innovation, continuous experimentation, and challenging the status quo in how compliance work gets done.
