Job Responsibilities:**
* Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of diverse IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and business process improvements.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project objectives.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
* Communicate project status, challenges, and successes regularly to stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
* Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts for project-related services and products.
* Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
* Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and system integration.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
