Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Technology Integration Lead (L10) to drive the Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) program’s technology integrations. This role is responsible for integrating advanced security technologies, orchestrating cross-platform solutions, and optimizing the organization’s exposure management capabilities. You will lead the design and deployment of scalable ASR technology controls, collaborate with engineering, CSOC, CTD, and platform teams, and mentor L9 engineers/analysts. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset to reduce risk, streamline processes, and enable rapid response to emerging threats. Project Management experience is optional, but desired.
Lead the integration of ASR technologies across cloud, endpoint, network, web, email and identity platforms; ensure seamless interoperability and data flow between security tools and operational systems.
Architect and implement scalable controls for attack surface discovery, asset inventory, vulnerability management, and exposure reduction.
Champion automation and orchestration initiatives to accelerate remediation and reduce manual workload.
Program Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Drive ASR program tools & technology integration strategy in partnership with CTD, CSOC, CSIRT, and platform teams; align technology roadmaps with business risk priorities
Mentor and develop L9 analysts/engineers; foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Represent ASR in cross-functional forums, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and advocate for best practices in exposure management
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of ASR controls; leverage analytics to identify gaps, optimize processes, and report on key metrics.
Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis for exposure-related events; drive lessons learned into technology and process enhancements.
Maintain auditable documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Preferred Certifications:
7+ years in Information Security, with 4+ years in attack surface management, security architecture, or technology integration roles.
Expertise in cloud security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and automation/orchestration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Defender, Splunk, ServiceNow)
Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, SQL/KQL); experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical concepts, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, exposure management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GCED), Azure/AWS Security, or equivalent, PMP
