We are looking for a proactive and sharp Brand Partnership Manager to drive growth for our Influencer Marketing vertical. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with the internal team to deliver high-impact influencer campaigns.
What You'll Do
Responsible for achieving revenue targets across assigned markets for the Influencer Marketing (IM) business.
Target new customers and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Identify sales leads, prospects, and business growth opportunities across categories.
Understand client businesses, marketing objectives, and pain points to offer relevant solutions.
Develop and pitch influencer marketing strategies in alignment with the IM and internal strategy teams.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
Build tailored commercial proposals including pricing models, creator recommendations, and platform-based strategies.
Manage a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Provide monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts with clear visibility on risks and opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IM Delivery, Creator Growth, Campaign Ops, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and high-quality deliverables.
Stay informed about the creator ecosystem across markets, including platform trends and creator performance benchmarks.
Conduct capability presentations, client workshops, and trend sessions to position the company as a thought leader.
Secure repeat business by conducting post-campaign reviews and identifying upsell opportunities.
Ensure all proposals, contracts, and workflows comply with company policies and industry standards.
Keep up to date with the latest advertising, digital marketing, and influencer trends in the region.
Track and report personal KPIs, including conversion rates, outreach metrics, proposal win-rates, and client retention.
Who You Are

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the GCC region, ideally in advertising, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, whether as a sales representative or sales manager.
Deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, including platforms, creator dynamics, and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating with international teams, and managing pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and drive outcomes.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
