PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOB
Mission & Main Objectives
- Carflow consolidation, support and analysis
- Volume planning support (Sales/Production/Wholesale)
- Order to delivery management (order, allocation & shipment)
- Reporting (sales, stock, orders & shipment)
- Salesforce management (sales, stock & monthly closing)
- RRP (Retail Recognition Policy) request exemption approval to AMIO
- Staff/Press car ordering and shipment management
Country Specifics
- This position will be in Dubai with very minimal Travel requirements
KPIs
- SSOR timely submission to NSCs
- Monthly Order take management
- Allocation announcement to NSCs monthly
- RRP submission monthly tracking and consolidation
BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED
Background & Experience (years)
Specific technical skills
- 3-5 Years of Automotive experience
- Sales experience in the Middle East
- Experience with a Premium automotive manufacturer
- Excel (advanced level), Powerpoint
- Analytical skills, summarization/presentation skills
- Marketing and product knowledge
Behavioural Competencies Required
Cross-functional skills: Working with local entities, regional team and global teams
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree
Language Requirements
Should be Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
