                                                      PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOB

Mission & Main Objectives 

  • Carflow consolidation, support and analysis
  • Volume planning support (Sales/Production/Wholesale)
  • Order to delivery management (order, allocation & shipment)
  • Reporting (sales, stock, orders & shipment)
  • Salesforce management (sales, stock & monthly closing)
  • RRP (Retail Recognition Policy) request exemption approval to AMIO
  • Staff/Press car ordering and shipment management

Country Specifics

  • This position will be in Dubai with very minimal Travel requirements

KPIs

  • SSOR timely submission to NSCs
  • Monthly Order take management
  • Allocation announcement to NSCs monthly
  • RRP submission monthly tracking and consolidation

BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED

Background & Experience (years)

Specific technical skills

  • 3-5 Years of Automotive experience
  • Sales experience in the Middle East
  • Experience with a Premium automotive manufacturer
  • Excel (advanced level), Powerpoint  
  • Analytical skills, summarization/presentation skills
  • Marketing and product knowledge

Behavioural Competencies Required

Cross-functional skills: Working with local entities, regional team and global teams

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree

Language Requirements  

Should be Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
