What You Will Experience in This Role
The primary purpose of this internship is to provide you with a meaningful and rewarding work experience that serves as a foundation for your future career success. Our interns perform work that is essential to key business projects within the organization.
- Under the supervision of experienced managers and mentors, you will be assigned to one or more projects that require collaboration with professionals from multiple departments. This exposure to real‑world work environments will help you identify your professional interests by engaging in different business functions.
- During your internship experience, you will have the opportunity to network with and learn from various levels of company management.
- You will receive periodic and candid feedback on your job performance from mentors or managers.
- You are expected to ask questions and regularly confirm your understanding to support your development as an intern.
- You will participate in orientation sessions and networking opportunities focused on personal and professional development.
- You will have defined goals and objectives outlining key projects and expected milestones to be achieved during your internship.
- You will work as part of a team on a variety of projects that require innovation and strategic thinking to solve.
- Upon completion of your internship, you will have the opportunity to prepare and present a summary of your learnings and experiences to management, colleagues, and fellow interns.
- You may perform other duties as needed and as directed by your line of supervision.
Internship Details
- Internships typically last 12 weeks.
- Interns are paid on an hourly basis for time worked.
- Interns are responsible for transportation to and from the workplace and may be required to travel to local sites.
Requirements
- Student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering or a related field within the manufacturing area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Availability of schedule.
- Intermediate–advanced English is a plus.
- Participation in an academic project, preferably related to manufacturing and time studies.
- Knowledge of time studies and line balancing (theoretical); practical experience is a plus.

- Bajo la supervisión de gerentes y mentores con experiencia, se te asignará uno o varios proyectos que requerirán colaboración con profesionales de diferentes departamentos. Esto te expondrá a situaciones reales del entorno laboral y te ayudará a identificar tus intereses profesionales al involucrarte en distintas funciones del negocio.
- Durante tu experiencia como pasante, tendrás la oportunidad de crear redes de contacto y aprender de diferentes niveles de gestión dentro de la empresa.
- Recibirás retroalimentación periódica y transparente sobre tu desempeño por parte de tus mentores o gerentes.
- Se espera que hagas preguntas y confirmes regularmente tu entendimiento como parte de tu desarrollo como pasante.
- Participarás en sesiones de orientación y oportunidades de networking enfocadas en tu desarrollo personal y profesional.
- Contarás con metas y objetivos definidos que especifican los proyectos clave y los hitos esperados durante tu pasantía.

- Al finalizar la pasantía, tendrás la oportunidad de preparar y presentar un resumen de tus aprendizajes y experiencias ante la gerencia, tus colegas y otros pasantes.
- Podrás desempeñar otras funciones según sea necesario y conforme lo indique tu línea de supervisión.
Detalles de la pasantía:
- Las pasantías suelen tener una duración de 12 semanas.
- Los pasantes reciben pago por hora trabajada.
- Los pasantes son responsables de su transporte hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo, y pueden incluir traslados a sitios locales
Requisitos
- Estudiante de los últimos semestres de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial o afín al area de manufactura.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio-avanzado.
- Disponibilidad de horario,
- Inglés intermedio ( avanzado es un plus )
- Haber participado en un proyecto escolar preferiblemente en relacion al area de manufactura y toma de tiempos
- Conocimiento en toma de tiempos y balanceo de lineas teorico , practivo es un plus
