In this role on our Solution Delivery team, you’ll lead the design and deployment of Evinova’s platform for clinical trials. You’ll translate complex clinical protocols into system configuration, manage the design process, and ensure the successful implementation of our Unified Trial Platform. Your expertise will shape the future of clinical studies, making healthcare more efficient and accessible.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Implementation & Delivery:
  Lead full lifecycle implementations of Evinova’s Products including Unify, Study Designer, EPM and AI Solutions, including requirement elicitation, solution design, configuration, validation, go‑live, and maintenance.
• PM Responsibilities:。
  Develop and maintain project plans, scope, resources, and risk logs; run cross‑functional ceremonies; manage milestones, budget, and change; provide transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
• BA Responsibilities:
  Analyze business and protocol requirements to produce functional specifications and configuration designs; drive prioritization and scope alignment; ensure verifiability and traceability.
• AI Solutions & Consulting:
  Lead and support company AI product/solution implementations and consulting, including company AI products and LLM use‑case discovery, solution design, prompt engineering and evaluation, and risk/security compliance guidance.
• Collaboration & Enablement:
  Collaborate with global product, engineering, legal/compliance, and ecosystem partners; deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers.

SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES NEEDED

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields preferred.
• Domain Experience:
  Background in pharma R&D, especially clinical trials; strong understanding of trial processes, regulations, and data quality; hands‑on experience with eCOA or similar digital clinical solutions is a plus.
• Project Management:
  4–7+ years of software implementation or digital solution delivery, including end‑to‑end PM and cross‑functional coordination; hands‑on implementation in clinical trials/eCOA preferred.
• Business Analysis:
  Proven ability to translate business/protocol needs into technical specifications and configurations; skilled in requirement management, prioritization, change control, and leading UAT.
• Technology & Integration:
  Experience implementing SaaS products; understanding of integrations with EDC, IVRS/IWRS, eCOA, data lakes/platforms, and connected devices (e.g., PEF, oximeters).
• AI Capability:
  Familiarity with LLM fundamentals and leading ecosystems (domestic and global); experience operationalizing LLM use cases (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation, safety) is preferred.
• Communication & Language:
  Native-level Mandarin; proficient English for effective communication and documentation with customers and global teams.
• Travel:
  Willing to travel: for Beijing-based candidates, at least once every two weeks to Shanghai for ~3–5 days each trip; limited international travel (~1–2 times per year).

Desirable

• Advanced Degree:
  Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Global & Compliance:
  Experience in global organizations; delivery in regulated environments (GxP, SaMD).
• Architecture & AI:
  Solution architecture background preferred; hands‑on AI engineering (model selection, evaluation, monitoring, privacy/security) is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration; structured problem solving; passion for digital clinical research and continuous learning.
