Boeing Australia Holdings Pty LtdBoeing is currently seeking to recruit an Industrial Relations Lead to be based in a hybrid capacity in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be an on-the-ground industrial relations focal for Boeing Australia as well as a critical member of our International Labor Relations (ILR) team.
This critical role offers a great mix of strategy and "hands-on" work, for a passionate person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who takes pride in their relationship-building and facilitation skills.
Your ability to think strategically, coupled with strong stakeholder engagement capability will make you a strong candidate for this position.
You will utilise your industrial relations experience and insight to ensure sound and proactive industrial relations practices are maintained and aligned with our strategic objectives.
You will drive effective communication and engagement with employees while also supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations. You will be responsible for the company-wide IR strategy, ensuring compliance with labour laws, fostering positive employee relations, and interfacing with all relevant unions to ensure the successful delivery of Boeing projects.
Due to the nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged. Some domestic travel will be required.
