Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Industrial Leader - Mechanical (m/f) to join the Structure Green perimeter: “Wing moveables and fairings” based in Toulouse.
As a key player within the Manufacturing Engineering department for the A330 assembly line, you will act as the vital interface between the Design Office and Production.
Based on inputs provided by Engineering (3D models, interface drawings, assembly plans, technical notes), you will analyze and validate the definition while ensuring industrial objectives are met.
You will conduct critical studies and propose technical improvements, leading discussions and negotiations to enhance overall product quality.
Additionally, you will define and optimize assembly processes, including the drafting of work instructions and the specification of assembly means, while ensuring full aircraft configuration management throughout the FAL cycle.

Your challenges:
Contribute to product and production/control means definition to optimize the industrialization of the Structure Green perimeter.
Analyze design dossiers and propose technical improvements (DQN) through negotiations with the Design Office and partners.
Lead industrial product structure and work-sharing modifications within the MFT FET (Multi-Functional Team).
Develop comprehensive manufacturing dossiers including Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly processes, work instructions (SOI/QSOI), and digital guides.
Validate First Application processes (PPV) and integrate technical data to ensure optimized serial assembly.
Drive risk analyses (PFMEA) and provide reactive technical support to resolve production anomalies (PPS, FISH).
Manage aircraft configuration and deviations (DELTA 2) while enforcing Manufacturing Engineering "Golden Rules."
Ensure the integration of Health and Safety (H&S) requirements within all Manufacturing Engineering deliverables.
Act as the Industrial Focal Point and primary interface for the Industrial Leader within the Green Unit.
Support Business Case development and ensure end-to-end (E2E) performance tracking for Change Requests (CR).
Animate cross-functional projects (OLLAM11) and control plans to secure critical industrialization phases.
Your boarding pass:
Proven mastery of manufacturing engineering and product industrialization (processes, methods, and tools).
Expertise in configuration management and the interpretation of complex technical drawings.
Deep understanding of industrial organization and Final Assembly Line (FAL) operational workflows.
Advanced proficiency in SAP (Production Planning module) and the Google Workspace suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities autonomously while maintaining high levels of agility.
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive mindset for driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Negotiation level in both French and English (mandatory for interfacing with the Design Office).
