Industrial engineer will design efficient systems and mechanism that integrate and optimize manpower, information, capital, and materials to make products. Plan and design manufacturing operation to minimize production cost. Industrial Engineering is working to support manufacturing that execute resource (Space, Equipment, HPU) to meet demand requirement, and find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Motion and time study to standardize the standard time, capacity and manpower.
• Process and operation flow study to standardize manufacturing lead time, and inventory control.
• Design process and material flow, manufacturing layout and space utilization.
• Collect, observe and analyze manufacturing activities and provides recommendations to improve operation efficiency and cost.
• Involve new products team in early stage.
• Design mechanism to monitor and control manufacturing performance, operation costs for improvement opportunity.
• To do the assignment job according to supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering or Related field
• Minimum of 2-5years work in manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Master and/or Six Sigma Black Belt would be advantage
• Leadership, communication, coaching and training skills is a must
• Able to work under pressure
• Be able to prioritize tasks and effectively in a dynamic environment
• Capability to work both analytical and hand-on to solve problem
• Teamwork and self-motivated
• Oral and written communication skills
• Good communicate in English
