The Opportunity
Allegro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center-focused Industrial Business Segment Manager to be based in Taiwan. This strategic role is pivotal in leading our ecosystem engagement with key players in the data center space, including hyperscalers, Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), and power and cooling platform partners.
The primary objective of this position is to drive system-level alignment and significantly expand Allegro’s entitlement across our industry-leading sensing and power product portfolios. You will focus on critical applications within server power, power distribution, advanced cooling systems, and broader infrastructure platforms, positioning Allegro as a key partner in this high-growth market.
This role will accelerate our growth across the global infrastructure and data center segments.
What You Will Need
Lead and cultivate strategic relationships within the data center ecosystem, engaging with hyperscalers, ODMs, and key technology partners in Taiwan and the surrounding region.
Drive system-level technical and commercial alignment to secure Allegro’s position in next-generation data center architectures.
Identify and champion opportunities to expand Allegro's content and entitlement across our portfolio of sensing and power products.
Collaborate closely with internal Business Units (BUs), Sales teams, and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to translate ecosystem insights into a prioritized opportunity funnel.
Work to expand the sales funnel and increase socket penetration across high-impact cloud and data center programs.
Act as the voice of the customer and market expert within Allegro, providing critical feedback to guide product roadmaps and strategic planning.
Influence both technical and executive-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong background in data center architectures, power conversion (AC/DC, DC/DC), or related infrastructure systems.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive-level stakeholders at customers and partners.
Deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including key players, market trends, and technology inflections.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable business plans.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Must be based in Taiwan and fluent in both Mandarin and English.
