Job Title: india: Supply Chain Coordinator
Department: Supply Chain Management (Business Support Services)
Key Responsibilities:
Working with external suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Preparing Purchase Orders against proforma invoices and following up for internal approvals.
Reconciling vendor proforma invoices against our supplier contractual agreements.
Preparing reports to be communicated to internal customers.
Coordinating between internal departments such as warehouses, Rigs, and logistics.
Qualification:
Must have proficient computer skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge or experience in the accounting and finance domain is a must.
Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.
Experience:
3+ years of professional experience.
0-2years of experience in Supply Chain management.
Qualities or Attributes:
Proactive - take the initiative to resolve issues and identify discrepancies.
Excellent critical thinking and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
