About the role:

  • Review and verify applicant income and employment information 

  • Process any income and/or trailing documents received 

  • Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standard and turnaround times 

  • Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues 

  • Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents 

  • Carefully review applicant proof of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy 

  • Contact employers over the phone to further corroborate the information in a professional manner 

  • Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders 

  • Perform all other duties as assigned 

What were looking for:

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 

  • You possess exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency. 

  • You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills. 

  • You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills  

  • You communicate clearly over the phone and have strong listening skills. 

  • You can manage a busy workflow and multi-task effectively. 

  • You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook 

  • Previous experience in a lending, automotive-related business, or financial services 

  • Post-secondary education  

Working condition 

The shift for this role will be 11:00-7:00 PM EST Monday to Friday with aleternating Saturday. Schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.

What you can expect - pay & process:

  • Expected base hourly rate range of $19.50$- $23.60
