Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Inclusion and Engagement Coordinator to join our Inclusion and Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for blending data analysis with program coordination to help operationalize our global strategy. You will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our listening activities and engagement initiatives while ensuring our systems run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage Data & Insights: Collect, analyze, and visualize quantitative and qualitative data from engagement surveys and inclusion initiatives to uncover trends and drive decision-making.

  • Coordinate Programs: Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate global inclusion programs, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with regional needs.

  • Maintain Infrastructure: Ensure compliance with organizational data privacy standards while supporting the configuration and maintenance of survey and engagement tools.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of experience in people analytics, inclusion, employee engagement, Human Resources, or organizational psychology.

  • Strong knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles and drivers of employee engagement.

  • Proven ability in data analysis and visualization, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Qualtrics, Peakon, or Culture Amp.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
