Weāre continuing to scale our Italian Sales hub in Milan, and weāre looking for an Inbound Sales Team Lead to drive performance, develop talent, and play a key role in building a high-performing sales organisation.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys real ownership, and is motivated by both people development and business impact.
Youāll be close to the action ā on the floor, with the team, solving problems and driving improvements every week.
You might be a great fit if you:
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is a strong plus, but not essential.
