Job Description & Summary: PwC’s iGT – EU&R team is looking for high-potential Senior Manager to support high-impact consulting engagements. You will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement custom IT application in Power sector.    

Responsibilities:     

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand market presence  

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth and innovation. 

• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom digital solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. 

• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery 

• Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives. 

• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management. 

• Mentor and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 

• Manage project economics 

Mandatory skill sets:     

• Experience in implementing digital solutions and technologies to improve business processes. 

• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (IOT, AI/ ML, Cyber, Cloud, etc) and their applications in the utility sector. 

• Proven track record of successfully driving market growth and developing strategic partnerships. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels. 

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills. 

• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities 

Preferred skill sets:
