Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow professional with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrations—particularly with Zabbix and Qualys—as well as a deep understanding of ITOM, Discovery, and API-based automation Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations, with a strong focus on Zabbix ,Qualys and CyberArk. · Manage and enhance Request Management and Knowledge Management modules. · Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Server installation and troubleshooting. · Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. · Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including code reviews, documentation, and testing. · Monitor and optimize performance of integrations and workflows.

Responsibilities:
