Job Position Title: Senior Associate_ Python Fullstack Developer_Agentic Emerging Business_Bangalore

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-powered applications using Python with primary focus on backend and ML implementation · Build robust APIs using Django, FastAPI, and Node.js for ML model serving and integration · Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic AI solutions · Design and build AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks · Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for business use cases · Develop responsive frontend interfaces using modern UI frameworks · Deploy and manage ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift Container Platform) · Optimize ML pipelines and ensure scalability of AI applications · Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for AI/ML systems

Mandatory skill sets:

· 5+ years of overall software development experience with strong focus on Python development · Expert-level proficiency in Python with advanced concepts (decorators, context managers, metaclasses, async programming) · Hands-on experience with Django and FastAPI for building scalable web applications and APIs · Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agent workflows · Proven experience in implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems · Experience building Agentic AI applications and autonomous systems · Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and AI concepts with practical implementation experience

· Proficiency in predictive analytics (forecasting, classification, regression) and prescriptive analytics (optimization, simulation) · Experience with Node.js for backend services · Proficiency in frontend UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, or Streamlit) · Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript · Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift Container Platform) · Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS)

Preferred skill sets:

· Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) · Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) · Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering · Proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks and agent design patterns · Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Polars) · Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) · Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis) · Proficiency with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) · Strong experience with Git version control and branching strategies · Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) · Experience with API gateway technologies and microservices architecture · Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) · Experience with A/B testing frameworks for ML models · Familiarity with model interpretability and explainability tools (SHAP, LIME)
