Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organisational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organisations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. Responsibilities:

· Lead the Go-To-Market strategy for Data and Analytics offerings across industry verticals. · Drive revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, shaping client solutions, and building strategic partnerships. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable data-driven solutions. · Represent PwC in client engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives. · Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. · Ensure alignment of data and analytics solutions with client business objectives and regulatory requirements. · Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across engagements. · Contribute to the development of new service offerings and accelerators in the data and analytics space.

Mandatory skill sets:

· Proven experience in leading GTM strategy and execution for data and analytics services. · Deep expertise in data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and analytics frameworks. · Strong understanding of business intelligence, data governance, and data monetization strategies. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. · Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights. · Experience in managing large-scale transformation programs and multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred skill sets:

· Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical modeling. · Experience in consulting or advisory roles within Big 4 or Tier-1 firms. · Familiarity with industry-specific data challenges (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail). · Certifications in cloud platforms, data science, or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).

Years of experience required:

7 years in data and analytics driving GTM initiatives.

BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MBA, MCA (60% above)
