Within Advisory, we have a dedicated team driving government transformation through digital inclusion. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about partnering with public-sector clients to create meaningful societal impact. The successful candidate will proactively lead engagements end to end—owning scope, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables—to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead e-governance project planning and execution: PMO setup, schedules, dependencies, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Develop program roadmaps, implementation guidelines, and governance frameworks aligned to objectives and KPIs.
- Introduce and coach Agile and Scaled Agile practices; run ceremonies, backlog/PI planning, and cadence-based tracking.
- Manage end-to-end bid processes, including pre-bid consultations, clarifications, evaluation (technical/commercial), negotiations, and award.
- Drive Government Process Re-engineering: AS-IS mapping, TO-BE design, digitization, and service-level improvements.
- Execute change management: stakeholder analysis, communications, training enablement, and adoption measurement.
- Orchestrate application rollouts: release and cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare, and user onboarding.
- Coordinate application audits: performance benchmarking and tuning, security assessments, and quality certification readiness.
- Formulate strategies and delivery plans with clear milestones, resourcing, governance, and measurement.
- Conduct project evaluation and impact assessments; quantify benefits/ROI and recommend course corrections.
- Analyze implemented solutions to identify gaps; propose enhancements with cost–benefit and feasibility options.
- Lead project execution management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and benefits realization.
- Shape organizational and operating model transformations to enable scalable, efficient delivery.
- Advance business process and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and citizen experience.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant, post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- E-Governance project execution and delivery management
- Government sector exposure: Central/State/ULBs and collaboration with Ministries/Departments (multi-State/UT experience preferred).
- Bid/RFP management and procurement processes
- Strategy development; organizational and operating model transformation
- Business process re-engineering and digital transformation
- Change management and stakeholder adoption
- Capability to design data collection, consolidation, validation, reporting, and analysis mechanisms for apex-level decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with e-Governance programmes, including monitoring, evaluation, and delivery.
Preferred skill sets:
- Project and program management (planning, scheduling, risk/issue tracking)
- Government Process Re-engineering (AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, process optimization, digitization)
- Business analysis (requirements elicitation, documentation, UAT support)
- Strategic planning and roadmapping (prioritization, KPI definition)
- Change management and stakeholder engagement (communications, training, adoption)
- Solution assessment and gap analysis (fitment review, remediation recommendations)
- Cost–benefit and feasibility analysis (options appraisal, ROI)
- Data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Related e-governance consulting capabilities, etc.
Years of experience required:
- 8-20 years of relevant work experience.
Education qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E /MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months)
- PMP/PRINCE/ITIL or related equivalent certifications
