The ICT Expert will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing information and communication technology systems to support organizational or project objectives. The role involves ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable ICT infrastructure, providing technical expertise, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities · Plan, design, and support digital and IT initiatives · Assess existing IT systems and prepare technology improvement plans · Prepare and support in Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Standard Bid Documents · Assist in tendering processes and coordination with implementation agencies · Prepare and assist in finalization of contract agreement documents · Develop prototypes, workflow tools, and IT planning models as required · Reports to the designated Project Lead / Authority · Works closely with policy experts, domain consultants, vendors, and government stakeholders · Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for integration and implementation of systems

Mandatory skill sets:

· Strong understanding of IT system architecture and system integration · Experience in digital initiatives and technology solutions · Project management skills in system development

· Ability to assess existing IT systems and recommend improvements · Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills · Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, consultants, and vendors

Preferred skill sets: 1. Exposure in digital initiatives for climate-related challenges 2. Experience of managing large scale IT Infrastructure Project
