As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings clearly Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency Automate repetitive data processes where possible

Mandatory skill sets:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field Strong proficiency in SQL or Excel Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Understanding of data modeling and statistical techniques Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred skill sets:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of business intelligence concepts Experience working in digital transformation initiatives

3 to 4 years

BE/ B.Tech/ MBA
