Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cloud Full Stack Developer to build innovative web applications that leverage Generative AI capabilities. This role combines comprehensive full-stack development expertise with AI integration skills to create intelligent, user-centric applications. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in web development, cloud platforms, and hands-on experience integrating AI/ML technologies into production applications.

Responsibilities:

· Build responsive web applications using React, Angular. · Implement AI-powered UI components and real-time chat interfaces · Create intuitive user experiences for AI-driven features · Design and build robust APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java · Implement server-side logic for AI model integrations and data processing · Create authentication, authorization, and security frameworks · Build event-driven architectures and real-time communication systems · Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into web applications · Develop conversational AI interfaces with context management · Build RAG systems with vector databases for semantic search · Implement streaming AI responses and real-time interactions · Create prompt engineering frameworks and AI workflow orchestration · Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using serverless and containerized solutions

· Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment · Design scalable cloud architectures with auto-scaling capabilities · Set up monitoring, logging, and performance optimization · Manage database solutions and data storage systems · Conversational AI Development: Design and implement AWS Lex chatbots for underwriter interaction with the informal UW evaluation system · Intent & Slot Management: Create sophisticated conversation flows for case review, feedback collection, and decision support · Multi-Modal Interfaces: Build voice and text-based interactions for underwriter efficiency · Lambda Integration: Connect Lex intents to backend Lambda functions for real-time case data retrieval and updates · NLU Optimization: Fine-tune natural language understanding models for insurance domain-specific terminology and workflows · Contact Flow Design: Create intelligent routing flows for escalated informal UW cases requiring human intervention · Queue Management: Implement skills-based routing for complex cases to appropriate underwriting specialists · Real-time Analytics: Build dashboards showing queue metrics, case resolution times, and underwriter productivity · CRM Integration: Connect AWS Connect with Vista case management system for seamless case handoffs · Voice Analytics: Implement call recording, sentiment analysis, and compliance monitoring

Mandatory skill sets:

· Frontend Technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript (Advanced), React/Angular/Vue.js, HTML5/CSS3, Responsive Design · Backend Technologies: Node.js/Python/Java, RESTful APIs, Database Management (SQL/NoSQL), Authentication Systems

· Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP Core Services, Serverless Computing, Container Technologies (Docker) · Generative AI Integration: LLM API Integration (OpenAI/Anthropic/AWS Bedrock), Basic Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases · DevOps & Tools: Git Version Control, CI/CD Pipelines, Application Monitoring, Testing Frameworks · Web Development Fundamentals: Cross-browser Compatibility, Web Security Best Practices, Performance Optimization, API Design
