Must-Have: RAG, LLMs, Agentic AI, CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAGAS, AutoGen, ReAct, Vector DB, LLM Evaluation, LLMOps, Azure OpenAI, Azure Services, MCP Servers.
Responsibilities
3–6 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, with at least 4 years working on Azure AI stack.
Strong hands-on experience with: Azure OpenAI,Azure ML,Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search
Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and GenAI concepts.
Proven experience building RAG pipelines, including custom embeddings and vector search.
Strong familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, such as: LangGraph, LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, ReAct or similar agent patterns
Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML libraries: Transformers, PyTorch / TensorFlow, scikit-learn
Expertise in Prompt Engineering, including few-shot, zero-shot, tool-calling, and structured prompting.
Experience building APIs and services using FastAPI / Flask, with strong Git and CI/CD practices.
Hands-on experience with evaluation and monitoring of GenAI systems (e.g., RAGAS, LangSmith, custom eval frameworks).
