Job Description & summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in agentic environments—taking ownership, driving initiatives, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and translating complex problems into actionable insights.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and define clear requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or product-based environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirement documentation techniques.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives (agentic mindset).

• • Document functional and non-functional requirements in detail.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.

Mandatory Skill sets: 

• Advanced Python programming with expertise in async programming and API developmenT 

• Experience with vector databases and embedding models 

• Proficiency in implementing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems 

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques 

• Experience with development frameworks and tools 

• Knowledge of modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing) 

Preferred Skill sets: 

• Multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) 

• Tools for agent orchestration and workflow management 

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques 

• Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) 

• Understanding of semantic search and information retrieval concepts 

• Knowledge of agent alignment and safety considerations

Education qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. Hons) or related field. Masters degree.
