Responsibilities:
Pursuit & Opportunity Management
Drive strategic pursuits by identifying, qualifying, and converting integration-related opportunities.
Engage with senior stakeholders (internal and external) to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Lead proposal development, solutioning workshops, and client presentations.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape winning strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Build strong relationships with CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor in middleware and integration strategy.
Mentor and guide junior architects and integration leads.
Drive project planning, estimation, and execution in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and Kanban practices for project delivery.
Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across integration projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
Represent the organization in industry forums and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of experience in middleware/integration technologies.
Hands-on experience with IBM WebMethods or similar integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO).
Strong understanding of API management, microservices, and cloud-native integration.
Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE and SQL.
Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in leading pursuits, RFP responses, and stakeholder negotiations.
Experience in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in middleware platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe), or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2),
Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices is an advantage.
Experience in banking or financial services domain.
