Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Manager** specializing in **Agri Cooperatives Development** to join our team in the Agriculture sector. This is a **full-time onsite role** that demands a strong background in rural management, leadership, and extensive expertise in agricultural practices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of agricultural cooperatives, ensuring sustainable practices and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening agri cooperatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute strategies that promote sustainable agricultural practices.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring effective project delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners within the agriculture sector to foster collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented cooperative models and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to agricultural cooperatives.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience:** 13–14 years of experience in agriculture sector-related roles, with a focus on cooperative development.
Educational Qualification:** Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a specialization in Rural Management.
Certification:** Mandatory certification in Rural Management.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing large-scale agricultural initiatives.
Preferred Sector Expertise
Deep knowledge of the **Agriculture** industry.
Hands-on experience and understanding of agri cooperatives, sustainability practices, and rural development programs.
