Key Responsibilities: · Lead and scale integrated managed services across multiple technology domains. · Drive innovation and transformation initiatives for clients leveraging SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, and Analytics platforms. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. · Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals and industry trends. · Mentor and grow high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. · Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to build long-term relationships and drive business growth. Ideal Candidate Profile: · Educational Qualifications: B.Tech, MBA, CA, or equivalent professional credentials. · Academic Performance: Consistent academic record with 60% or above throughout. · Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, managed services, or enterprise technology leadership. · Proven expertise in managing large-scale delivery across SAP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Applications, Salesforce, Analytics, and Data Governance. · Strong exposure to Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, and Resources industries. · Familiarity with Big 4 consulting standards and client service excellence. · Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
