What We’re Looking For:

A warm and detail-oriented Room Service Delivery Attendant who takes pride in creating exceptional in-room dining experiences. You’ll be the face of Loews Atlanta Hotel’s warm hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for. From delivering meals with precision to anticipating guest needs, you’ll play a key role in making stays memorable and stress-free.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver In-Room Dining orders including food, beverages, and amenities, promptly and accurately to guest rooms. 

  • Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables with precision and care. 

  • Greet guests warmly, explain orders, and respond to questions with professionalism. 

  • Ensure orders meet hotel presentation standards and address any guest concerns promptly. 

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely preparation and delivery. 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in room service areas, clear and break down used trays, and restock supplies. 

  • Follow all food handling and sanitation guidelines to uphold safety standards. 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of outlet spaces and equipment.

  • Follow emergency procedures and comply with safety standards.

  • Maintain compliance with grooming, uniform, and service expectations.

  • Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.

  • Attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

  • Work a flexible schedule that may vary based on operational needs, to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform extended periods of walking, standing, and movement throughout In-Room Dining, kitchens, elevators, guest room floors, and guest rooms as part of Room Service Delivery Attendant duties.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items commonly used in food and beverage operations, including Room Service tables, trays, carts, and hot boxes (usually 35+ pounds, with or without assistance or equipment) to support service and operational needs.

  • Ability to bend, reach, navigate busy environments, and respond quickly to operational demands in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Your Experience Includes:

  • One year of previous experience in a food service operation, specifically in a Room Service or Hotel environment preferred. 

  • Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards. 

  • Strong communication and guest service skills. 

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
