You will
- Handle all import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Obtain, compare, and select logistics providers based on cost, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and approve shipping arrangements according to company policies and customer requirements.
- Track shipments, resolve delays or discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate receiving processes and ensure proper handling and storage of incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records for all import/export transactions.
- Collaborate with the Export Control team to ensure correct classification, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit quotations to Headquarters, process purchase orders, and issue order confirmations.
- Monitor order and delivery status, communicate pull-ins or delays, and ensure alignment with agreed timelines.
- Maintain pricing, contracts, and customer data in ERP systems and support Headquarters with required reporting and documentation.
You have
- 6-8 years of experience in import/export operations - Must
- Strong understanding of customs, export control, and international trade regulations - Must
- Experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers - Must
- Sales administration or order management experience - Advantage
- ERP experience (Priority preferred), strong Excel skills, and fluent English - Must
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
