YOUR NEW ROLE

As part of the Enterprise Technology team, you will be part of the Currency & Capacity management team and be responsible for coordinating across technology teams working to meet our business needs.

Be the primary point of contact for delivery of NAB infrastructure solution(s) or manage BAU project(s) where applicable,
Responsible for creating and maintaining project plan for BAU project(s),
Assist with all NAB providers of infrastructure services (firewall, Load balancing, AD, DNS, hosting, network and storage to enable infrastructure solution to be delivered,
Manage defects through to resolution while producing regular and accurate defect reports and escalate issues with defects, application teams, build etc as required
Ensuring that the team is working well together and collaborating effectively.
Setting and monitoring tasks or milestones within the project(s)
Reporting on progress of project aligned to business requirements and need

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in project or delivery management.
Experience in project management methodologies, inclusive of change management and technology delivery.

Strong ability to coordinate with other teams and stakeholders.
A continuous improvement mindset that enables delivery to be seen as an enabler to NAB
Have a systematic problem-solving approach and a sense of ownership.
Ability to create project plans focusing on the scope, objectives, timelines, resources, risks & communication.
Ability to monitor timelines, dependencies, risks and issues and make adjustments where required.
Experience in creating project reports and updating stakeholders on progress toward goals or milestones.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
