Job Title: JBS Implementation Coordinator | Client Onboarding Experience Team
Job Summary:
The Client Onboarding Experience Team is seeking a detail-oriented JBS Implementation Coordinator to join our Global Implementation Team. This role ensures seamless client onboarding by performing administrative and coordination tasks during the transition process. You will collaborate across multiple workstreams to facilitate efficient transition execution, contributing to client satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Working closely with Senior Implementation Managers and Implementation Managers, you will execute transition tasks from mobilization through optimization with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute transition tasks from mobilization to optimization, including RFDD/RFI template setup, deal summary documentation, and transition team coordination
Coordinate operational setup activities including financial project codes, mailboxes for HR/IFM/Sourcing teams, and client portal access requests
Manage transition documentation including MSA abstracts, COIs, transition templates, and training matrices with regular workstream follow-up
Perform data quality checks throughout transition and maintain Workfront project plan updates across all workstreams
Partner with HR and IT on employee readiness tasks and manage readiness checklists with workstream leads
Lead Customer Satisfaction survey process including request management, data collection, analysis, and reporting
Provide PMO support including Workfront project plan creation, user management, resource assignments, and license monitoring
Leverage governance tools and problem-solving abilities to meet program needs and achieve client business goals
Drive global process adoption and consistency by identifying and implementing industry-leading transition practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field
1-3 years experience in support or administrative roles, preferably in corporate or commercial real estate environments
Proficiency in project management tools (Workfront), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project), and relevant software
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Detail-driven with proven ability to deliver high-quality results and drive outcomes
Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving approach and ability to clarify ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage across all organizational levels
Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
