In this role, you’ll be the architect of the customer journey, directly influencing how MEP firms modernize their business operations. You will have the unique opportunity to leverage AI-assisted tools to solve complex technical challenges, making a significant difference by helping essential trades build faster, safer, and more accurately.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Lead the Onboarding Journey: Act as the primary consultant and trusted partner, guiding clients from their initial "Welcome" call through a customized implementation strategy.
Architect Technical Solutions: Perform high-impact software installations and technical integrations, tailoring Trimble MEP solutions to meet specific company needs.
Drive Innovation with AI: Utilize advanced AI-assisted tools to streamline troubleshooting, enhance documentation, and improve response efficiency for a world-class client experience.
Champion Client Success: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Development teams to resolve escalated issues and advocate for software enhancements based on direct client feedback.
Shape Best Practices: Contribute to a global knowledge base and promote professional services that help clients achieve their long-term business outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
Industry Expertise: Strong background in MEP trades, construction, or engineering workflows with a focus on estimating.
Client-Facing Success: Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting.
Project Leadership: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously.
Tech Proficiency: Highly comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce), modern productivity suites, and emerging AI-enabled tools.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience specifically with Trimble MEP estimating platforms.
Advanced technical diploma or degree in a construction-related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly volume targets in a SaaS environment.
