Implementation Consultant (Data Migration - Oracle PL/SQL)

We are a leading provider of Intellectual Property (IP) Management solutions and are looking for an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL to strengthen our team. You will work in the onboarding and implementation team for our IP management solution, Unycom. Unycom is used by companies worldwide to manage patents, designs, and trademarks, serving as a communication and collaboration platform between internal and external users.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 5+ years of professional experience in development with Oracle PL/SQL using TOAD and SQL Developer
  • Experience implementing and executing data migrations from heterogeneous legacy systems (e.g., MS SQL, Access, proprietary systems)
  • Team spirit and a structured, independent work style
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

It would be great if you also have . . .  

  • Experience working with globally operating customers
  • Knowledge of data maintenance for workflow-driven software systems

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Performing data migrations in customer projects
  • Conducting data analyses, supporting data mappings, performing your own tests, and assisting with customer test implementations
  • Independent collaboration with customers throughout the entire project
  • Collaboration within the project team and responsibility for all aspects of data migration
  • Analysis, optimization, and further development of existing Oracle-based PL/SQL functionalities for migrating data to the Unycom system

About the Team

This role report into the Senior Manager, Service Implementation and will work as part of a team of 3 Implementation Consultants focused on data migration projects for Unycom.

Hours of Work

Full-time, permanent role based out of our Graz office on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week in the office.
