The Senior Director, Strategic Demand & Digital Sales leads Nature’s Bakery’s enterprise demand and commercial strategy functions, owning Strategic Revenue Management, Category & Customer Marketing, and Sales Planning & Operations. This leader drives profitable growth by optimizing pricing, promotion strategy, trade investment, portfolio architecture, and demand planning across all channels and customers.
This role also has P&L ownership of the digital sales channel (DTC, 1P, 3P), ensuring eCommerce execution supports broader commercial and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Management
Own enterprise Strategic Revenue Management, including pricing architecture, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimization, and price-pack architecture
Develop revenue growth frameworks balancing volume, mix, margin, and customer investment strategies
Evaluate ROI of pricing and promotional programs to optimize trade investment and commercial returns
Embed SRM principles into annual planning, portfolio strategy, and commercial decision-making
Category, Customer Marketing, Sales Operations & Digital
Own Category Strategy and Customer Marketing to strengthen sell-in, sell-through, and customer engagement
Translate brand and portfolio strategies into actionable commercial plans and customer narratives
Oversee Sales Planning & Operations, including forecasting processes, planning routines, and performance reporting
Lead digital growth spanning assortment strategy, promotional planning, content optimization, and performance analytics
Align digital investments with enterprise revenue, margin, and portfolio priorities
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a multi-functional team spanning SRM, Category & Customer Marketing, Sales Planning & Operations, and Digital Sales
Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, and performance standards
Build organizational capability in commercial analytics, revenue optimization, and demand planning
Qualifications
10+ years of experience across sales, revenue growth, go-to-market, or customer strategy roles, within CPG
Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Revenue Management, including pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade optimization, and portfolio architecture
Strong financial and analytical acumen balancing revenue growth, margin performance, and investment effectiveness
Exposure to digital commerce models, incl. Amazon, and understanding of key digital growth and profitability drivers
Experience leading teams and developing talent within cross-functional organizations
Strong communication and influencing skills translating complex analysis into clear business actions

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $240,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
