About the Role
As IMPACT Bid Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our most important business development initiatives. You'll work directly with our sales and client teams to transform bid opportunities into compelling, visually striking proposals that win business. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear multiple hats - strategist, designer, writer, and project manager - with direct visibility to leadership and measurable impact on our bottom line.
You'll be part of a small, collaborative team of two where your contributions will genuinely shape how we compete and win in the region. Your work will help our brokers close more deals and strengthen relationships with our most important clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate complex new business and defensive bids, proposals, RFPs, and tenders from concept to submission
Produce high-quality reports, literature, and presentations that stand out in a competitive market
Develop research-backed content on buyers and market opportunities to inform compelling bid strategies
Coordinate across sales and client executive teams to align messaging and deliverables
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met with excellence
Work closely with proposed client service teams to develop winning solutions and presentations
Drive internal process improvements and champion best practices across the organization
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (layouts, Slide Master, animations, and efficient formatting)
Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a bonus
Proven project management experience - you're comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
Strong research and content writing ability with an eye for compelling narratives
Exceptional attention to detail; errors simply aren't an option
Collaborative team player with a personable, professional demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment
Nice to Have
Background in insurance, financial services, or professional services
Previous bid or proposal management experience
Journalism or graphic design background
Sales experience or understanding of sales processes
