The team    

A career in our Immigration & Mobility Services team within our International Clients Services Business Unit will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment that values learning, collaboration, and growth. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with guidance and training provided to ensure your success. 

 

Main Responsibilities   

  • Assisting in preparing, reviewing, and submitting immigration and mobility-related applications and documentation 

  • Performing general administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and completing forms accurately 

  • Visiting various governmental offices to submit applications and documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery 

  • Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and clients to provide updates and support throughout the process 

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external authorities to help meet deadlines and ensure compliance 

  • Supporting the team with additional immigration and mobility service tasks as needed 

 

What You Bring    

  • Familiarity and previous experience with immigration services will be considered an advantage, but not a required 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using digital tools for document management 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English 

  • Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment 

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines 

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team 

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures quickly
