Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.
POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief serves immigrants in Sacramento with immigration legal services and is a Department of Justice-recognized immigration legal services provider. This position exists to increase capacity primarily with cases submitted on behalf of Afghan individuals. The position will assist the supervising attorney, program manager, and other accredited staff in the processing and collection of paperwork, preparing applications, document assembly, mailing of USCIS applications, case review, and scheduling appointments.
This is a temporary part-time position of 15 hours per week funded through a grant agreement until August 5th, 2026.
The schedule is two days per week, with one day in the office and one day remote.
