Immigration Consultant
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Team: Poland Inbound
Office Location: Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk or Wroclaw
The role:
As a consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services by leveraging your legal expertise to support Fragomen’s clients directly. You will provide practical, hands-on guidance throughout the immigration process - counselling clients, assessing eligibility, and managing the end-to-end preparation and submission of applications to local government authorities. Your work will be essential in enabling foreign employees of our clients to live and work in Poland compliantly.
In addition to your casework, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation in line with established procedures, while actively collaborating with your team on administrative and organisational tasks.
Day-to-day coaching and weekly reviews will be provided by senior consultants, with managers and senior managers overseeing long term performance and training.

What we are looking for:
The successful applicant for this role will have Polish Inbound immigration experience, however you do not need to be a Polish-qualified lawyer.
