Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist III to join our DMS Imaging Centers team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the document preparation and high-volume scanning processes to ensure the seamless conversion of physical records into high-quality electronic assets. You will play a vital role in initiating the imaging workflow and meeting critical production objectives while maintaining a clean and organized digital environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute end-to-end imaging workflows, including sorting, preparing hard-copy records, and scanning files to produce high-quality electronic images that meet conversion objectives.

  • Collaborate with Imaging Center personnel and management to provide production updates and clarify job-specific requirements to ensure team alignment.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and production procedures by accurately completing internal documentation and tracking for all assigned projects.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in document management, imaging, or a high-volume production environment.

  • Strong knowledge of PC operations and technical proficiency with document scanning hardware and software.

  • Proven ability in detail-oriented tasks, such as maintaining record sequence, removing hardware (staples/clips), and working at a sustained pace to meet production rates.

  • Proficiency in English communication (reading and writing) to effectively interact with coworkers and document internal tracking.
