How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for continuous improvement projects for safety, quality and productivity improvement, for production interruption problems to solve, for production line layout improvement, research on standard working hours, and assisting in achieving annual productivity improvement target.

2. You will be responsible for production work instruction update, responsible for production sample parts assembly follow and responsible for production non-standard tool, jigs design and development.

3. You will participate new product development project to contribute a design for manufacturing, smooth process flow and line balance and support production internal/ external process/ equipment start-up, audit.

4. You will support workshop visualization and 5S standardize and expertise in design and development of non-standard tool, jig, equipment.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold master’s degree, major in Electrical or Mechanical Design.

2. Required with more than 3 years with IE or related function in industry.

3. Functional Knowledge/Skill: Production, IE, L6S (Better if GB).

4. Fluent in English writing & speaking.
