Job Summary

This role provides operational support across New Business and Inforce teams and Billing, serving as a subject matter expert for audits, projects, and system testing. The position is responsible for developing and establishing standardized work practices and supporting departmental initiatives. The role may also perform production tasks to support business growth and retention. The ability to solve complex escalations and improve processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform team audits, system testing, and project work to support operational excellence.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, addressing escalations and providing technical expertise.
  • Develop process documentation, create process best practices, and support departmental testing.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to colleagues.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

  • Knowledge of disability insurance and/or life insurance products preferred
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of insurance contracts experience (supporting, maintaining, administering).
  • Strong skills in process documentation, compliance, and use of Visio or process mapping tools.
  • Experience with auditing and creating training/process documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Copilot and SharePoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and mentoring experience.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$64,250.00 - $94,000.00
