Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is the partnership across the enterprise that drives our company's supply engine. The IBP Intelligence Team serves as the enterprise-wide process owner for the IBP framework, driving end‑to‑end planning excellence and decision alignment across Commercial, Supply, Finance, and Strategy functions.

The IBP Strategy Integration Lead Secondment is the strategic bridge between IBP and long-range enterprise choices. The successful candidate will:

  • Integrate brand/portfolio-level insights into IBP process (Revenue, Demand, Supply/Capacity, Inventory, NPL, Portfolio Optimization), improving value of IBP input with long-term strategy that’s focused and decision-ready to support today’s output.

  • Leverage this work to innovate and support the outline of a transformative IBP process to bring strategic business insights into the IBP horizon and influence statement of demand, production capacity, inventory decisions.

  • Support the IBP Leadership Team and Global IBP PCT (Process-Centric Team) in the development of a modern decision‑intelligence ecosystem—integrating advanced analytics, digital planning capabilities, scenario modeling, and real‑time performance insights.

  • Contribute to IBP Intelligence Team design of the future.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Establish a clear link between operational and financial plans, including transparency around any intentional misalignment

  • Integrate strategic imperatives (e.g., manufacturing network, product portfolio)

  • Standardize operational IBP process across GSC to provide reliable inputs into the enterprise IBP

  • Integrate operational IBP forums across all tiers to create a unified and connected IBP ecosystem

  • Establish robust governance to ensure adherence to standard work and share best practices

  • Redesign performance management board to drive behaviors and create a stronger linkage between operational performance and financial impact

  • Establish trusted, shared source of truth on operational and financial metrics

  • Strategy, Network, and Portfolio stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 7 years of experience; OR a PhD with 5+ years of experience.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, or related fields.

  • Deep expertise in S&OP/IBP design, execution, and governance.

  • Strong understanding of forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, financial planning, and scenario modeling.

  • High analytical acumen with experience in digital planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis), advanced analytics, or decision‑support platforms.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in preparation, alignment, and presentation execution for Commercial/Finance/PGS alignment on high-stakes decisions

  • MD/DV with 4+ years

  • Background in digital transformation, AI/ML‑based forecasting, or end‑to‑end network modeling.

  • Education in Supply Chain/Analytics, or similar advanced degree.

  • Secondment 7-12 months

  • If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for 12 months or longer, you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment.  Please refer to the Fleet Policy and Procedures document for more information.

  • There will be no change to your current work location.

  • Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).

  • Periodic domestic and international travel depending on business needs (10–15%).

  • If visiting manufacturing sites, must follow site safety protocols, which may include PPE, aseptic gowning, or other compliance requirements.
