As one segment of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Corporate Finance business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:
Origination and execution of Investment Bank mandates in Korea
Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics
Due diligence of clients and markets
Deal documentation and internal approvals
Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Attending client meetings independently
Your skills and experience:
At least 7 years of experience in an Investment Bank
Strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals in Korea
Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
Possess strong communication skills and ability to articulate to demanding clients
