What's the role?
As the IAM Strategy Lead, you will drive the strategic vision, operating model, budget, planning activities, and outcomes for the IAM division, a key part of the Information Risk and Cybersecurity (IRC) department. Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to the VP of IAM and leaders within the division
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Support IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with key priorities and outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance divisional value.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate strategies effectively.
- Establish reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility into operational KPIs and progress toward key results.
- Manage planning artifacts, annual OKRs, and high-level roadmaps, reviewed quarterly.
- Oversee 1/3/5 strategy maps, key priorities, and business case submissions.
- Conduct quarterly PI planning reviews to ensure alignment with committed work.
Business Operations
- Align IAM business operations with departmental strategy, mission, and goals.
- Identify and address gaps in the operating model.
Planning & Budgeting
- Collaborate with finance on planning and budgeting processes.
- Ensure divisional plans and budgets align with functional and company priorities.
Meeting Planning
- Prepare agendas for IAM leadership meetings and planning sessions.
- Participate in leadership meetings to resolve barriers and develop action plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and information flow.
- Coordinate stakeholder information requests and prepare reports and presentations.
Trusted Advisor
- Support the VP of IAM in strategic planning, roadmap development, and operational planning.
- Impact strategic initiative implementation to achieve divisional objectives.
Other Expectations
- Stay informed on audits/assessments requiring IAM support.
- Integrate audit findings into division strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure prioritized work aligns with division goals.
- Monitor changes impacting division priorities and commitments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within information security organizations.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to all organizational levels.
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable business plans.
- Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality handling.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing competing demands.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic, and critical thinking abilities.
- Learning agility and ability to anticipate needs in dynamic environments.

$119,700.00 USD - $222,300.00 USD
