Job Description

Rotating schedule / D Shift / 6PM-6AM

PCP Level 3

JG1 H05

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate product identification, traceability and material status and accurately

  • Must be able to safely operate electric forklifts (stand up and sit down), electric pallet jacks, slip sheeting equipment and material tuggers.

  • Must achieve and maintain forklift certification.

  • Assist with staging materials changeovers, line clearance and cleaning.

  • Assist in achieving production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment

  • Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks.

  • Cross train where needed within the department to support the business

  • Maintain all quality and GMP standards

  • Perform needed SAP data entries

  • Participate on blitz teams as assigned

  • Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

Education:

  • High School diploma/GED preferred

  • In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required

Experience:

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred

  • Previous experience with MES preferred

  • Forklift experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Work effectively on own, or in a team atmosphere – Proficient

  • Ability to maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area – Proficient

  • Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient

  • Teamwork – Proficient

  • Organization skills, detailed oriented – Basic

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
