Ships Agency Husbandry Agent – Lisbon
Our Port Services Husbandry team in Lisbon is looking for a Ships Agency Husbandry Agent to join us.
This role is suited for someone who values stability, responsibility, and takes pride in doing things properly. It offers the opportunity to develop into the role over time and make a meaningful contribution within a reliable and structured environment.
What this job is about
You will be part of the Lisbon office team, based in Alcântara, coordinating all husbandry arrangements for vessels calling Portuguese ports.
This includes:
• Acting as the main point of contact for ship masters, principals, authorities, and suppliers
• Organizing crew changes, cash to master, spare parts deliveries, and other essential services
• Ensuring port calls run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with local requirements
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic operational environment
This is an operational role with responsibility, where problem-solving and coordination are key.
The position also requires a degree of flexibility, as port operations also take place outside standard office hours.
